Attorney Paul Slager of Slager Madry Represents Litchfield Men in Newly Filed Sexual Abuse Lawsuits

LITCHFIELD — Two men filed lawsuits against the Town of Litchfield and its Board of Education alleging they were sexually abused as students by former coach David Driscoll. The lawsuits state school officials ignored complaints from the 1980s and allowed Driscoll to continue coaching, which enabled years of grooming and abuse. Both men are represented by Attorney Paul Slager of Slager Madry LLC, who says they are seeking long overdue accountability for the harm they suffered as children.
